Shipping + Returns

Please allow 7 - 10 business days (not including weekends) for production of our 'handmade to order' pieces. Pieces that are noted as 'ready to ship' will ship out within 2 - 3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a direct tracking link to your email. If it has been more than 10 business days since placing your order and the status is unknown, please feel free to reach out to hello@runeandlight.com and we will get back to you with an update asap.

FREE standard shipping with a purchase of $75+

*Selecting the Express Shipping method at checkout means you order will ship to you via priority mail after the 7-10 day processing time-frame

We ship our pieces to all 50 states, Washington D.C., U.S. Territories, U.S. P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

USPS Standard shipping transit times - 3 - 5 business days 

USPS Priority mail transit times - 2 - 4 business days

If you are located outside of the United States, you can shop in our Etsy store where we are currently shipping to most countries outside of the US. Please visit runeandlight.etsy.com to shop. 

Return / Exchange Policy

We have no doubt you will love your new jewelry upon first look. However, if there is any issue with your order please contact us via our contact form or reach out to runeandlight@gmail.com so that we can help!

Exchanges for resizing: If you ordered the incorrect size in a necklace or bracelet, we can arrange an exchange for the correct size.

In the event you ordered a ring in the wrong size, please contact me for a resize. A small resizing labor fee may apply, plus shipping fees. Fees will be billed to you upon receipt of the returned package. Fees range from $8 - $15 depending on the piece and labor involved to resize the ring.

*If you have any doubts about your ring size, feel free to reach out via email so I can assist. We also have a ring sizing tool found on our home page FAQ section. 

Return for Refund: If you would like to return your order for a refund, please reach out via our contact form to seek approval for a return. If approved, a return label will be provided. A $5 return label fee will be deducted from the refund.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please contact me within 7 days of order receipt and ship items back within 14 days to receive a refund. 

*There is a 10% restocking fee applied to ALL handmade pieces for the labor. This will be deducted from the refund.

* All returned items must be in its original unused/unworn condition. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Earrings are not eligible for returns due to sanitary reason. No exceptions. 

* Custom & personalized pieces such as initial / zodiac or any stamped jewelry are FINAL SALE ( you may return for a resize if needed )

* Site-wide sale / clearance items are FINAL SALE

*Placing an order is a binding agreement. Once your order is placed, it is sent for processing. Order cancellations are not accepted. 

*Returns for International Orders are the buyers responsibility. We cannot provide return shipping labels for orders outside the continental US.
