We have no doubt you will love your new jewelry upon first look. However, if there is any issue with your order please contact us via our contact form or reach out to hello@runeandlight.com so that we can help!
Returns are accepted for exchange/resize or store credit only - no refunds. 70% of our inventory is handmade to order with time and labor devoted to each piece. Please contact me within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate a return for credit and ship items back within 14 days of the delivery date. We will provide a return label and your store credit will be loaded into your account upon receipt of the returned package. Your store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future order as payment.

* Earrings are not eligible for returns due to sanitary reason. No exceptions.
* Custom & personalized pieces such as initial, name or any engraved jewelry are FINAL SALE
* Site-wide sale/ clearance items 35% off or more are FINAL SALE
*Please be sure to read individual listing details as certain rings are not eligible for return due to the labor that goes into creating the ring. (You may return for resizing if needed)
Please note: in order to exchange or return your jewelry, it must be returned in its new, unused/unworn condition.
*Returns for International Orders are the buyers responsibility. We cannot provide return shipping labels for orders outside the continental US.
*In the event any refund is issued a 10% restocking fee will apply.
RESIZING
Exchanges for resizing: If you ordered the incorrect size in a necklace, bracelet, or ring - please reach out via our contact tab or email hello@runeandlight.com to request an exchange or resize.
*For handmade rings, a small resize fee may apply.
